Today's Carpe Diem Snapshot: There goes the sun! I couldn't get these two homebodies out to the city or park today but we caught a bit of the sunset through the trees on the front porch, reflected in the window. Even with the Eternal City on their doorstep, the kids still prefer to build their own playhouse out of scraps, build bonfires, and whittle sticks. They are country girls at heart, just like their mamma!
Liturgical: Saturday after Ash Wednesday He will renew your strength, and you shall be like a watered garden, like a spring whose water never fails.
