A Carpe Diem Snapshot:

Spring seems more like a better time to begin new resolutions and adventures than bleak January, and it has certainly felt like Spring in Villa Pamphili Park lately. Happening upon friendly Italians yesterday, the girls got a chance to try out a favorite circus skill we've been meaning to practice more this year- balancing!

Natural: For more natural energy in the morning, start your day with water, not coffee; sunshine, not screens, strolling, not scrolling, over-thanking, not overthinking.
