A Carpe Diem Snapshot:
Today the girls, and their dear friends, put on their first play at their new theater-on-the-lake. To use the structure to its best advantage, they chose the story of "Rapunzel", with the stairs serving as a substitute for the tower. One of the critics present at the performance complimented them on their good use of props and set. :) Valentina played the role of Mother Gothel (and narrator, and director, and stage manager, and costume designer), her friend Annie was both Rapunzel's father as well as the Prince, Annie's little sister Miriam was Rapunzel's mother, and Cordelia played the role of Rapunzel. Brave, ragazze!

Natural: The lymphatic system and lymphatic drainage massage. Even though I had a wayward lymph node removed when I was only 12, somehow I never thought to learn more about the function of this system and how we should be doing particular things to help it, thereby keeping our immune systems healthy! Well, better late than never...
